I am Carlmalita Parker, daughter of Carl Parker Sr. and Sonji Parker. During my time as an undergraduate at the University of Georgia, I served as the Secretary for the Reed Hall Community Council, member of the UGA Statistics Club, and member of the R.E.A.L. College Choir at Ebenezer Baptist Church West. I was also a fellow for the University of Michigan Research and Survey Methodology Diversity Fellowship, worked as a student caller (raising $15,000 for UGA scholarships), and a Desk Assistant for UGA Housing, and was a featured student for the UGA Department of Statistics. Upon receiving my Bachelor of Science in Statistics, I would like to thank each and every person who gave their extreme support, love, and guidance along this journey. Because God placed you all in my life, I can now do the same for other young people who would like to pursue their dreams. I am now searching for a job in my area of study and plan to enter a Master’s program with a focus in Agribusiness.
